Design, document, and continuously improve standard operating procedures and operational playbooks. Develop scalable systems that improve consistency, efficiency, and service quality across the organization. Partner with executive leadership to align operational initiatives with business objectives. Process Improvement & Operational Excellence Evaluate existing workflows and implement process improvements that increase productivity and reduce operational bottlenecks. Standardize procedures across departments while maintaining flexibility for growth. Ensure operational compliance with internal policies, service standards, and quality expectations. Lead cross-functional initiatives that improve organizational performance. Performance Analytics & Business Intelligence Develop and maintain operational dashboards and executive reporting. Analyze KPIs, workflow efficiency, case progression, productivity, and organizational performance. Present actionable insights and recommendations to executive leadership. Utilize data to identify trends, forecast operational needs, and support strategic decision-making. Technology & Automation Optimize legal operations platforms, including Filevine and related technologies. Lead automation initiatives using workflow tools and process automation solutions. Evaluate and implement technologies that improve efficiency, reporting, and operational scalability. Partner with technology and leadership teams to support digital transformation initiatives. Leadership & Team Development Lead, mentor, and develop managers and operational professionals. Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence. Support leadership development through coaching, performance management, and succession planning. Build collaborative relationships across legal, operations, marketing, and executive leadership teams. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications 5–7+ years of experience leading operations, project management, legal operations, or business process improvement. Proven experience managing high-performing teams in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment. Strong operational leadership with experience building scalable systems and workflows. Advanced proficiency with Filevine or comparable legal case management platforms. Advanced analytical skills with Excel, Google Sheets, dashboard reporting, and operational metrics. Professional proficiency in English and Spanish with exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated experience leading complex organizational or process improvement initiatives. Preferred Qualifications Experience within Personal Injury or Plaintiff-side legal operations. Experience implementing automation tools such as Zapier, Microsoft Power Automate, Make, or similar platforms. Experience with SQL, business intelligence tools, or data visualization platforms. Lean Six Sigma, Project Management, Operations Management, or related certifications. Experience supporting executive leadership within high-growth organizations.
