JOB SUMMARY:
The Director of Lift Maintenance & Reliability is a leadership role responsible for establishing and overseeing the Lift Maintenance Centre of Excellence, driving significant improvements in lift reliability, safety, and efficiency across the company’s portfolio of resorts. This role will directly influence the guest experience by minimizing lift downtime and ensuring the safe and reliable operation of our lift assets. The Director will be accountable for planning and scheduling all lift-specific maintenance activities, implementing process controls and governance, and driving preventative maintenance programs. This leader will also play a critical role in developing and mentoring a team of maintenance professionals and establishing a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making within the Lift Maintenance organization.

Reliability and Uptime: Accountable to plan and schedule all lift-specific maintenance activities, with direct accountability for lift uptime and mean time between failures. Develop and implement strategies to minimize lift downtime and maximize reliability.
