Description The RJ Logistics team is seeking a Director of Logistics Sales to lead our strategic growth and high-performing sales initiatives across North America. This role is ideal for a results-driven logistics professional with a strong background in B2B sales, business development, and team leadership. What You’ll Do: Drive revenue growth through strategic sales planning and execution. Develop new business opportunities and strengthen key client relationships. Lead and mentor a results-oriented sales team to achieve performance goals. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized logistics solutions. Monitor market trends and competitive activity to shape sales strategy. What You Bring: 7+ years of B2B logistics or supply chain sales experience with proven results. Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Deep knowledge of transportation and logistics markets; flatbed or specialized freight experience preferred. Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or a related field preferred. Cross-border Mexico/Canada and TMS experience preferred.
