Overview:
The Director of Logistics at Graham Packaging is responsible for leading and overseeing the company’s end-to-end logistics network—including local fleet operations, national carrier management, and outsourced network design functions. This role plays a strategic and tactical leadership role, ensuring the safe, efficient, and cost-effective movement of goods across Graham’s North American footprint. The Director partners cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Customer Service to deliver operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience in packaging, CPG, or manufacturing industries.
  • Familiarity with transportation management systems (TMS) and fleet telematics solutions.
  • Exposure to Lean/Six Sigma or continuous improvement methodology.
    The standard compensation for this role is $145,100 - $217,700. Salary offers will be determined based on final candidate
    qualifications, experience, skillset, and other relevant factors.
    Compensation Statement: The expected salary range for the position described in this posting is made in accordance with the legal mandates of certain jurisdictions within the United States. The final agreed-upon compensation is based on individual qualifications and experience. Benefits Statement: Benefits include medical, dental, vision and basic life insurance. Employees are able to enroll in the company’s 401K Employee Saving Plan and may participate in its Employee Wellness Program.
