As we continue to expand, we’re seeking a Director of Distribution Center to lead our warehouse operations, ensuring industry-leading performance, compliance, and product integrity.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Director of Distribution Center will be based on-site at our Hayward, CA facility and is responsible for overseeing all distribution and warehousing functions, including third-party logistics (3PL) partnerships, safety compliance, and operational efficiency. This leadership role requires strategic planning, team development, and a results-driven mindset to optimize performance while upholding the highest standards of quality and service.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in warehouse/distribution management
• Must have experience managing 3PL logistics operations and vendor performance
• Strong knowledge of WMS and ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Manhattan, SAP, or similar)
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement methodologies
• Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Must be able to work on-site full-time in Hayward, CA
