OVERALL JOB OBJECTIVE:

To lead and manage the Loyalty and Incentive Programs Department by developing policies and incentive programs targeted at private sector establishments and their employees, strengthening institutional partnerships, and implementing and monitoring the effectiveness of these programs to support the Ministry’s objectives and enhance the competitiveness of Emirati talent in the labor market.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Policy, Human Resources, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Strong skills in strategic planning and policy development.
  • Excellent negotiation and institutional relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to analyze and evaluate programs and performance indicators.
  • Outstanding leadership and management skills.
  • Proficiency in both Arabic and English.
Responsibilities
  • Incentive Policy Development:
  • Design and update incentive policies and programs targeted at private sector establishments in coordination with the Policy and Research Department.
  • Develop incentive policies for Emirati talent in alignment with the objectives of the “Nafis” Program and national strategic directions.
  • Program Governance:
  • Establish a clear and effective governance framework for the implementation of incentive programs and ensure compliance with transparency and efficiency standards by all stakeholders.
  • Institutional Partnerships:
  • Build strategic partnerships with federal and local entities to activate and expand the impact of incentive programs.
  • Manage the Institutional Partnerships Section and guide its efforts in securing sponsorships for national initiatives.
  • Private Sector Engagement:
  • Organize regular meetings with private sector establishments and their employees to understand their needs and develop programs based on their feedback.
  • Monitor the implementation of incentive policies and periodically evaluate their impact.
  • Awards and Recognition Programs:
  • Develop and manage awards related to labor market leadership and promote a culture of excellence and motivation within private sector establishments.
  • Monitoring and Reporting:
  • Oversee the implementation of approved programs, monitor their performance, and submit periodic reports to senior management including outcomes and recommendations.
  • Additional Duties:
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the Assistant Undersecretary for the Labor Protection Sector, in alignment with the department’s objectives.
