Job Title: Director of Maintenance Location: Montello Care Center – Montello, WI (On-site)  Status: Full-Time    Schedule: Days - Monday - Friday with occasional weekends  ______________________________________ Job Summary:  Montello Care Center, a well-established long-term care facility, is seeking an experienced Maintenance Director for our skilled nursing facility to supervise, coordinate, and perform the activities of the maintenance department to ensure the facility and grounds are maintained in good repair and all systems are in compliance with applicable safety and fire regulations and federal, state, and local building codes to ensure a safe, comfortable environment for our staff, residents and visitors. This position also monitors department budgets and approves orders for equipment and supplies and services as authorized by the Facility Administrator.
