Assist in fire drills to ensure proper response. Respond promptly and warmly to residents and their families requests, maintaining positive and respectful relationships. Manage maintenance requisitions. Maintain compliance with safety regulation standards, policies and procedures. Perform regular inspections of residents, ancillary, and common areas to ensure an orderly safe environment. Purchase supplies and equipment in an effective and efficient manner Maintain on-call status when scheduled and respond appropriately Train all department employees Maintain CMMS database for all assets, preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance and reports Required Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED or associate degree in related field Valid South Carolina driver’s license 1-3 years related supervisory experience Intermediate computer skills Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree 5 years of related or supervisory experience in long term care environment Certification in related maintenance services (HVAC preventive maintenance, safety, etc.) Apply today to be a part of our team!
