Overview Location: On-site, Bloomsburg, PA Job Type: Direct Hire - Full Time Work Authorization: U.S. Citizen or Green Card The A.C.Coy company has an immediate opening for a Director of Manufacturing Operations to lead the next phase of performance transformation. Ideal candidates must have 8+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience in a high-throughput environment, be tech-savvy, and have experience working in a warehouse setting. Responsibilities Lead daily manufacturing operations across multiple production environments Ensure safety, quality, throughput, and schedule adherences Drive the adoption of a new, integrated ERP system into daily floor execution Establish digital work-flows Build KPI dashboards and a performance cadence Identify and address bottlenecks, constraints, waste, and inefficiencies Reduce changeover time, scrap, rework, and schedule volatility Manage, lead, coach, and develop a diverse workforce Implement structured management routines Qualifications Education Required Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or Manufacturing Engineering Equivalent, hands-on experience with a strong process engineering foundations can be substituted for degree Experience Required 8+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience in a high-throughputs environment Demonstrated track record of driving measurable efficiency gains Experience successfully implementing an ERP system ( SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.) Strong drive to ensure data and strategic KPIs Lean/Six Sigma preferred
