Description
Company Description Located in Noonu Atoll in the northern Maldives, Kuredhivaru Resort & Spa offers guests an exceptional island escape surrounded by pristine beaches, crystal-clear waters, and untouched natural beauty. Designed in a contemporary style, the resort features 33 Beach Suites and 72 Over Water Villas, combining modern comfort with desert-island luxury. Guests enjoy private, spacious accommodations, direct beach or lagoon access, and breathtaking views of the Indian Ocean. The resort is accessible via a 45-minute private seaplane transfer from Malé International Airport, offering a seamless arrival experience tailored to guests’ itineraries. Job Description Lead the Brand Evolution: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that supports the rebranding. You will have the creative freedom to ensure our "Lifestyle" identity cuts through the noise. Orchestrate the Production: You are the Editor-in-Chief and Art Director. You will manage external specialists (photographers, videographers) and lead your internal team to produce content that meets world-class luxury standards. Own the Digital Ecosystem: Drive performance across all digital touchpoints. You will analyze data to ensure our beautiful content also delivers ROI and revenue. Drive the Experience: Collaborate with F&B and Spa leaders to position our outlets as standalone destinations. You will be on the ground, capturing the atmosphere—not just sitting behind a desk. PR & Global Reach: Foster relationships with media partners, influencers, and industry stakeholders to secure high-value coverage that enhances our brand reputation. Qualifications A Creative Leader: You might be currently working in a luxury resort in leisure destinations, feeling ready to take full ownership of a brand. The "Builder" Mindset: You are looking for a role where you can build a department and shape a strategy, rather than just following a corporate template. Visual Storyteller: You have an uncompromising eye for aesthetics. You understand how to curate a "vibe" through video, photography, and copy. Experienced: Minimum 2–3 years as an Assistant Director of Marketing (ready to step up) or 5+ years in a marketing leadership role. Maldives experience is a plus, but international lifestyle resort experience is equally valued. Collaborator: You thrive in a dynamic, island-based environment and believe that the best marketing is created in partnership with the operations team. Job-Category: Sales & Marketing Job Type: Permanent Job Schedule: Full-Time
