Description Director of Marketing & Admissions Full-Time Salary Exempt (40 hours) Notre Dame Health Care (Assisted Living) Worcester, Ma Notre Dame Health Care is seeking a Marketing and Admissions Director for our du lac Assisted Living community. Responsibilities: The Director of Sales and Marketing collaborates with the Vice President of du Lac Assisted Living to develop and execute a strategic marketing plan to grow and maintain occupancy, foster relationships with professional referral sources, and maintains relationships with prospects and families. Responsibilities include the development and execution of du Lac Assisted Living's marketing plan, managing digital marketing campaigns, attending professional networking and community events, fielding inquiry calls, conducting residence tours, generating admissions for the assisted living community, and attending industry related continuing education seminars. In addition, the position is responsible for managing the annual marketing budget as well as participation as a member of the facilities leadership team, campus manager team, and as a lead member of the NDHC marketing team. PM17 Requirements Requirements A bachelor's degree in marketing/business administration is preferred. Three-five years of health care experience in marketing, program/business development, and/or public relations within the senior living industry. Demonstrated success record in meeting sales quotas. Proficient in the use of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) or sales tracking software. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proven community relations abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft suite, electronic formats, and database systems Possessing a valid driver’s license, and a reliable and insured vehicle Ability to flex schedule to attend pertinent evening events and participate in Manager on Duty weekend rotation
