Description Director of Marketing & Growth Alpert Jewish Family Service (JFS) – West Palm Beach, FL About Alpert JFS Alpert Jewish Family Service (JFS) is a leading human services organization serving Palm Beach County through programs in mental health, food security, older adult care, Holocaust survivor support, and family services. JFS is entering a critical phase of growth, including a $50M endowment campaign, expanded fundraising initiatives, and increased demand for services across more than 26 programs. To support this growth, JFS is building a more sophisticated, performance-driven marketing function. The Role The Director of Marketing & Growth is responsible for owning and driving all marketing strategy, execution, and performance across the organization. This role serves as the central hub for all marketing activity, managing demand across multiple departments while ensuring that all campaigns are cohesive, efficient, and results-driven. The Director will lead integrated marketing campaigns that support fundraising, donor engagement, brand visibility, and revenue generation, while also leveraging digital marketing, paid media, CRM systems, and SEO strategies to drive measurable growth. This role also operates across both nonprofit and affiliated for-profit initiatives, requiring a balance of mission-driven storytelling and performance-based marketing. The ideal candidate is a hands-on marketing leader who can think strategically, execute independently, and build systems that scale. Core Responsibilities 1. Organizational Marketing Leadership Serve as the central intake and prioritization lead for all marketing requests across 26 programs and departments Manage competing demands from program directors, development, and leadership Establish systems, workflows, and processes to streamline marketing production Ensure consistency, quality, and alignment across all marketing outputs Act as the owner and steward of the JFS brand 2. Fundraising & Development Marketing Lead marketing strategy and execution for: annual appeals fundraising events donor campaigns major gift cultivation and stewardship Partner directly with the Chief Development Officer to support high-net-worth donor engagement Develop compelling materials that directly support revenue generation and campaign performance 3. Growth Marketing & Revenue Generation Develop and execute strategies that drive: lead generation donor acquisition event participation conversion performance Leverage the organization’s platform to support brand growth and revenue generation for affiliated for-profit initiatives Own paid media strategy across channels (Google, Meta, display) Build and optimize marketing funnels using CRM and marketing automation tools Implement SEO and content strategies to increase visibility and inbound demand 4. Campaign Strategy & Execution Translate internal requests into integrated, multi-channel campaigns, including: landing pages email marketing social media paid media Ensure all campaigns are designed with clear objectives, audience targeting, and conversion strategy Execute key campaign components directly while leveraging external resources as needed 5. Vendor & Agency Management Lead and manage all external marketing partners, including PATHOS Set strategic direction, oversee deliverables, and ensure accountability for performance Identify opportunities to reduce inefficiencies and reliance on multiple vendors Ensure all external work aligns with internal goals and timelines 6. Analytics, Performance & Optimization Own campaign tracking, reporting, and performance analysis Deliver clear insights on: ROI engagement conversion revenue impact Continuously optimize campaigns based on data and performance Accountability This role is accountable for measurable outcomes, including: campaign revenue donor acquisition and engagement event performance lead generation and conversion rates overall marketing efficiency and effectiveness Why This Role Matters This is a high-impact role at a pivotal moment for the organization.
