A Home for Seniors is offering a 70% commission on every Long Term Placement, Medical Insurance, and 401K matching. Compensation for this position will range from 100k base- 237,840k plus, which is solely driven by you, and how many successful placements you have throughout the year.
To qualify for this position you must currently have an established network built in your area and know where to get leads from discharge planners for private pay seniors for all levels of Long Term Care to apply for this position. This includes discharge planners at the Hospitals, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Home Health, Hospice agencies, law offices, realtors, physicians, etc.
A Home for Seniors is a new company starting its roots in South Carolina & Florida, and currently has 2 Marketing and Business Development Director positions available in your area. You will not need to relocate for this exclusive opportunity as we want you to stay where you are, and already have an established network built. Your mission will be to help guide, and place seniors in the correct long term care setting. This includes all communities and agencies in your local area, while earning the highest paid commission rate available in the industry of 70% on every successful placement with no cap. Compensation for this position will range from 100k - 237,840k plus, which is solely driven by you, and how many successful placements you have throughout one year. We are looking for individuals who have a heart for seniors, integrity, and already know the industry relating to Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, Home Health, Skilled Nursing Facility, and Hospice. Applicants must have a minimum of 3-5 year’s experience.
You must know your area and know who to contact to obtain referral leads to be successful in this role. We also only work with private pay and do not place seniors that have Medicaid or Medicare.

You will also have the support of a RN and LNHA to help with any questions regarding proper placement into a community. Qualification
· Minimum of 3-5 years experience in Admissions, Discharges, and marketing.
· Must have an establish network of Physicians, Social Workers, and Discharge Planners in place.
· Long Term Care experience required
· Knowledge of medical terminology
· Ability to discuss clinical evaluations with physicians and other faculty members within community.
Responsibilities
· Individual will be responsible to oversee and direct the coordination of all referral’s and admissions into communities.
· Individual will be required to know, and tour facilities with clients.
· Must have knowledge of annual surveys, and keep current on survey results through AHCA site. A Home for Seniors will not place clients into a community with subpar survey results.

  • Target and build relationships with area AL, IL, MC, Senior Living Communities, Senior Housing, Senior Center, Libraries, Church organizations, Chamber of Commerce, Rotary International, etc.
