Responsibilities
  • Build the Internal Machine: Lead the strategic transition from agency-dependent to an internally-driven marketing powerhouse. Assess current agency tasks, develop a phased plan to bring them in-house, and build the processes and team to execute flawlessly.
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive, multi-channel marketing strategy that drives growth for all services, with a specialized focus on maximizing lead generation and conversion for our core GLP-1 revenue stream.
  • PR & Communications: Oversee and eventually internalize all public relations efforts. Develop and manage PR campaigns that establish our brand as a trusted authority in medical weight loss and advanced wellness.
  • Local Launch Execution: Lead the marketing strategy and execution for 10+ confirmed new location grand openings in the next 18 months. Create scalable playbooks for local market activation that drive membership sales from day one.
  • Data-Driven Execution: Track, monitor, and analyze all marketing KPIs to relentlessly optimize campaigns and maximize budget efficiency, with a keen eye on the CAC and LTV of GLP-1 clients.
  • Funnel Mastery: Own and optimize the entire customer journey—from top-of-funnel awareness to bottom-of-funnel conversion for our key services.
  • Content & Campaign Direction: Guide our content team to create high-impact, compliant content that resonates with our target audience and drives action, particularly for our weight loss programs.
  • Technology & Systems Proficiency: Leverage marketing automation platforms (with a specific proficiency in GoHighLevel) to streamline operations and automate customer journeys.
  • Leadership Reporting: Supply clear, concise, and data-rich weekly performance reports to company leadership every Monday.
