Description

DIRECTOR OF MARKETING

We’re looking for a versatile marketing leader who can drive customer growth and build our brand in local communities. Someone who can design a community event flyer in the morning, partner with a local non-profit over lunch, and launch a marketing campaign by late afternoon.
The Director of Marketing will work closely with the president and other company leadership. This role is approximately 70% remote (one weekly leadership meeting along with 3–4 local community engagement events per month).
Indiana Auto Care is the highest-rated Jiffy Lube franchise in the country (78 NPS and 4.85 Google rating). Our stores deliver an outstanding customer experience — now we need the right marketing leader to bring more customers through the door so we can “WOW” them.
If you’re a jack-of-all-trades with tenacity and a “get-it-done” mindset, we want to talk to you.

WHO WE ARE

We are a third-generation, family-owned company that pioneered the quick oil change in the Midwest in 1979. Our majority owner and president is a young, tech-forward entrepreneur with experience at Tesla Motors and under billionaire Mark Cuban. This doesn’t keep him from getting dirty repairing sump pumps or replacing toilets at our stores. Because of this, our company operates like a nimble start-up: agile, fast-moving, willing to take risks, and focused on innovation.
We’re on a major growth trajectory, with a bold goal to serve 1 million vehicles a year — and marketing is key to reaching that milestone.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop for graphic design & artwork modification
  • 5+ years of marketing experience (strategy + execution)
  • Strong skills in content creation, campaigns, and brand growth
  • Experience in community engagement and PR
  • Creative and resourceful, with a “get it done” mindset
  • Entrepreneurial energy with the courage to try new ideas
