As we continue to innovate and expand, we are seeking a visionary Director of Digital Marketing to lead our marketing team and drive strategic initiatives that amplify our brand, accelerate customer acquisition, and contribute to our rapid growth.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience in senior marketing leadership roles, ideally within fintech, proptech, AI, or high-growth tech companies.
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies, data analytics, and their applications in marketing.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, paid media, social media strategy, and email marketing.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Demonstrated success in scaling marketing efforts and driving business growth.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile startup environment.
Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and implement a bold, AI-driven marketing strategy aligned with Smart Capital Center’s business objectives and growth targets.
  • Brand Positioning & Innovation: Position Smart Capital Center as the industry leader in AI-powered CRE solutions by crafting, compelling brand narratives and ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.
  • Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Leverage data analytics and AI tools to identify market trends, customer insights, and competitive threats, keeping us at the forefront of fintech and real estate innovation.
  • Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing marketing team, fostering a collaborative and agile work environment. Set clear KPIs, provide regular feedback, and encourage professional growth.
  • Content & Digital Marketing: Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging content for websites, blogs, email campaigns, and social media. Ensure SEO optimization, effective use of paid media, and strong performance across digital platforms.
  • Multi-Channel Campaigns: Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns that span digital, social, and traditional channels to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer retention.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize AI-powered analytics to monitor campaign performance, extract actionable insights, and continuously optimize marketing strategies for maximum ROI.
  • Collaboration & Partnerships: Work closely with product development, sales, and operations teams to ensure cohesive go-to-market strategies. Establish and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and strategic partners.
