POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a full-time Director of Marketing and Recruiting to oversee all aspects of staffing and marketing across our organization. This role is critical to our continued growth and success, with a direct impact on team quality and patient volume. The ideal candidate will bring experience in both healthcare recruiting and strategic marketing, with strong execution skills and a hands-on mindset.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3+ years of experience in a combined marketing and recruiting role (healthcare or dental strongly preferred)
• Proven experience with staff recruiting and pipeline development
• Strong grasp of digital marketing platforms, social media strategy, and local outreach
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
