We are seeking a forward-thinking Director of Marketing to lead and modernize our enterprise marketing strategy. This creative role sits at the intersection of brand, customer experience, digital innovation, and revenue growth. The Director of Marketing will influence how our products are positioned in the marketplace and how our users experience our brand. This leader will oversee our marketing agency of record, digital ecosystem, product marketing lifecycle, and integrated marketing strategy. This is a highly visible role requiring both strategic vision and operational execution that is accountable for market influence, customer engagement, and revenue enablement. The successful candidate will elevate marketing from a functional discipline to a strategic roadmap. What You Will Own Enterprise Marketing Strategy Design and execute a data-driven marketing strategy aligned with corporate objectives and revenue targets. Brand & Customer Experience Leadership Lead customers experience initiatives that align brand promise with real-world delivery across digital, sales, and service interactions. Digital & Content Strategy Oversee website performance, digital campaigns, social media, and e-commerce initiatives. Requirements What You Bring Proven ability to lead integrated marketing strategies that drive measurable revenue growth. Strong commercial acumen, including pricing strategy, margin awareness, and ROI evaluation. Expertise in digital marketing platforms, marketing automation, and analytics tools. Demonstrated success managing external agencies and cross-functional initiatives. Executive presence with the ability to communicate strategic insights clearly and persuasively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Adobe Photoshop; adaptability to emerging technologies. Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Sales, or related field required. 8–10 years of progressive marketing leadership experience, preferably within manufacturing, industrial, or B2B environments.
