Job Description Lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth across all channels. Oversee and manage the brand’s communications, ensuring consistency in messaging and positioning across all digital, print, and media platforms. Develop creative campaigns and initiatives to promote Anantara Ubud luxury offerings, services, and unique experiences, focusing on key target markets. Collaborate with regional and global teams to align marketing activities and leverage global initiatives while adapting them for local relevance. Manage public relations efforts, working with media outlets, influencers, and key industry stakeholders to enhance brand reputation and visibility. Lead and develop a high-performing team of marketing and communications professionals. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions and ensure Anantara remains a leader in the luxury hotel sector. Oversee budget planning, allocation, and performance reporting for all marketing and communications activities. Build and maintain strong relationships with external agencies, partners, and vendors to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred. Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in marketing and communications, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, ideally within the hospitality or luxury sector. Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns, both digital and traditional. Strong understanding of brand strategy, market positioning, and customer behavior in the luxury hospitality industry. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and lead a team of marketing professionals. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage internal and external stakeholders at all levels. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strategic mindset and attention to detail. Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
