We are seeking a full-time Director of Marketing and E-Commerce to join ASC Brands, LLC (On-Site in Lincolnshire, IL). ASC Brands is a growing catalog and e-commerce business that connects with our customer base through multiple channels. In this role you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive sales and increase customer acquisition. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to create compelling campaigns, SEO/SEM strategies, email programs to grow and optimize product listings across platforms.
Requirements:

What will you be responsible for?

  • Work with the CEO and marketing team to implement and optimize innovative campaigns across channels, including paid and organic social media, search engines, email, and affiliate programs.
  • Monitor and analyze sales and marketing activities against established goals to ensure sustained sales growth and enhanced customer engagement through expert forecasting and benchmarking.
  • Manage and maintain the promotional and overall marketing calendar to ensure alignment across campaigns, product launches, and key initiatives.
  • Develop strategies and plans which identify marketing opportunities and conduct programs for market research and analysis including market segments, buying trends and competitor analysis.
  • Curate and launch robust content strategies to acquire/retain customers and differentiate our brands.
  • Utilize Google Analytics, Shopify, and other analytics tools to generate insights, drive optimization, and share performance reports.
  • Assist with identifying and developing new customers for products and file growth for both print and digital audiences.
  • Provide recommendations for improving or adding new functionality, products and services to increase sales and conversion.

WHAT EXPERIENCE SHOULD YOU HAVE?

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • 3-5 years in ecommerce marketing
  • Knowledge related to the products/services/markets served helpful but not required.
  • Expertise in email program strategy and execution
  • Proven success in SEO optimization
  • Experience with search and social advertising and mobile
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices

SALARY RANGE: $150,000 - $180,000
