We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Director of Marketing to lead our marketing strategy, drive revenue growth, and elevate our brand presence across all locations.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 5 years’ marketing experience in the hospitality, hotel, or tourism sector.
  • Proven track record of increasing revenue through strategic marketing initiatives.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in WordPress, social media management, and digital marketing tools.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret analytics and adjust strategies accordingly.
Responsibilities
  • Sales & Metric Focused: Develop and execute marketing initiatives with clear performance targets, tracking results against sales and revenue metrics.
  • Hospitality & Hotel Expertise: Apply industry knowledge to create campaigns that drive bookings, guest engagement, and brand loyalty across our restaurants and hotels.
  • Project Management: Lead marketing projects from concept to execution, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
  • Digital Marketing & Content Management:
  • Manage and update websites through WordPress.
  • Plan and execute social media strategies across multiple platforms.
  • Oversee digital advertising campaigns and email marketing.
  • Collaboration & Revenue Generation: Work closely with business unit leaders to create targeted promotions and initiatives that directly contribute to sales growth.
