Description

The Tavern Grill is a rapidly expanding, upscale casual, full-service bar and restaurant that is focused on providing the best guest experience by adhering to the highest standards of service in the industry.
We are seeking an experienced, creative, and data-driven Director of Marketing to lead and grow our brand presence, customer engagement, and overall marketing performance. This leadership role will oversee all aspects of marketing strategy and execution across digital, in-store, PR, and brand initiatives. You will play a key role in the strategic vision for the brand.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

  • Experience with multi-location restaurant groups
  • Familiarity with the Minnesota food and beverage market
  • Knowledge of customer loyalty programs, preferably experience with Paytronix
    This role is in-office 5 days a week, with occasional travel to locations on-site in the metro Twin Cities, ND and SD.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with company goals
  • Strengthen and evolve the Tavern Grill brand identity across all platforms
  • Oversee brand consistency across all locations, menus, promotional materials, and digital assets
  • Grow and optimize The Tavern Grill’s loyalty program and guest database
  • Manage digital presence including website, SEO, Google Business profiles, and online listings while leading social media strategy
  • Track and analyze marketing KPIs: social engagement, loyalty adoption, promotion sales and adoption
  • Collaborate with GMs on community engagement, sponsorships, and local outreach
  • Oversee the email marketing strategy including promotions, newsletters, and guest engagement
  • Manage marketing team members and external partnerships
  • Collaborate closely with the senior leadership team for cross-functional initiatives
  • Provide regular reports and insights to the senior leadership team to inform business decisions
  • Implement and analyze paid media campaigns as needed (Google Ads, Meta, etc.)
