Responsibilities

Revenue & Growth Enablement

  • Partner with Commercial and Labs teams to develop and execute lead generation strategies, account-based marketing, and targeted campaigns to achieve revenue targets and accelerate qualified pipeline growth.
  • Track and improve marketing funnel performance, from awareness and engagement to qualified leads and closed revenue. Define, measure, and report on key KPIs such as Cost of Acquisition, Cost per Lead, Marketing-sourced revenue, and ROI of campaigns.
  • Support the development and implementation of account management and client retention strategies, working closely with Commercial leadership.

Strategic & Functional Leadership

  • Translate commercial goals and Lab priorities into actionable marketing strategies that drive NRE and licensing revenue, support revenue growth targets, and enable sales performance.
  • Serve as the marketing lead for integration of acquired engineering/service firms, ensuring brand, messaging, marketing processes, and market alignment with Innovobot.
  • Collaborate closely with the Chief Strategy Officer, Head of Marketing, Heads of Labs, Commercial and Innovation teams to:
  • Define target markets by geography, sector/industry, and business model (e.g., full rate vs. discounted engagements).
  • Determine revenue mix expectations and shape the marketing strategy accordingly.

Brand & Product/Service Marketing

  • Establish clear, differentiated, compelling product and service positioning and messaging for each Lab and sector, and the respective offering.
  • Collaborate with the VP Marketing and marketing leads across the Innovobot platform to align Labs’ go-to-market strategy and messaging with the overall brand, ensuring consistency across touchpoints, geographies, and lines of business.
  • Oversee development of high-impact marketing assets, including client stories, content, decks, demos, and technical materials that support sales and visibility.

Client Engagement & Partnerships

  • Collaborate with Commercial and Marketing/Partnerships teams on co-marketing initiatives, partner enablement, and client onboarding.
  • Contribute to key client relationships, representing the marketing function in strategic engagements and ecosystem collaborations.
  • Support visibility through events, thought leadership, and speaking opportunities, including participation in key industry conferences and trade shows.

Team Building & Operational Excellence

  • Build and lead a high-performing Labs marketing team with capabilities in Product Marketing, Marcomm, Demand/Lead Generation, Sales Enablement, and Account Management Support, designed to scale with Labs’ rapid growth, both organically and through acquisitions.
  • Grow and adapt the Lab’s marketing function as new Labs are acquired, new markets are entered, and sector-specific expertise deepens.
  • Implement marketing systems, tools, and processes that enable performance tracking, team collaboration, and continuous improvement.
