IVX Health is seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Director of Marketing to lead our national marketing strategy—focused on driving referral growth, expanding brand presence, and enabling provider engagement across existing and new markets.
This high-impact leadership role will oversee our brand, sales enablement, and event strategy functions while guiding a talented in-house team. The ideal candidate is a seasoned healthcare marketing leader who understands the nuances of provider-facing outreach, can turn data into actionable campaigns, and thrives in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies that drive referral growth, brand awareness, and geographic expansion

  • Oversee the development of provider-facing content, tools, and digital resources

  • Measure the impact of sales enablement strategies on referral growth and provider engagement
  • Event Strategy and Local Marketing
  • Direct the strategy and execution of provider-facing events, sponsorships, and conferences
  • Ensure local efforts reflect brand voice, align with national campaigns, and drive market visibility
  • Brand and Communications Oversight
  • Lead brand stewardship and consistency across all touchpoints
  • Oversee external communications, public relations, and reputation management initiatives
