Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE

As Director of Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Normative’s global impact. You will as a member of the leadership team be responsible for defining and executing our marketing strategy to drive lead generation, optimize performance marketing, and build out our strong brand awareness. Your leadership will directly influence the company’s growth trajectory and market positioning.
Working closely with our CEO, leadership team and key experts/functions, you will develop strategies to pioneer new markets, refine our go-to-market (GTM) approach, and position Normative as a global leader in carbon accounting. The marketing leader we look for is driven by spending their day between strategic and hand-on work with a consistent strive for results.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Define and execute, by partnering with cross-functional leaders, a clear, impactful marketing strategy aligned with company growth objectives
  • Inspire, grow and, from the front, lead a high-performing marketing team capable of executing across all marketing disciplines.
  • Develop and execute scalable demand-generation strategies, optimizing and partnerships, while leveraging data to maximize performance marketing ROI, boost conversions, and drive pipeline growth.
  • Stay ahead of market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics, driving innovation through new technologies, channels, and marketing approaches
  • Build and evolve a strong, differentiated brand that resonates with our target audience, aligns with our vision, and is reinforced through thought leadership, PR, events and content marketing strategies.
