QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in management, business, or related area required or comparable experience.
  • Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a media, communications, sales, or marketing project management role.
  • Excellent computer skills and knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook. Experience with marketing automation and CRM software required.
  • Knowledge of best practices in project management.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to communicate with all levels of professionals
  • Ability to effectively work in a small team as well as member relationships to accomplish CHIME projects and goals
  • Effective leader who can manage, motivate, mentor, train, retain high-performing teams.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at once.
  • Discipline to successfully work without close supervision.
  • Excellent project management and problem resolution skills.
  • Strong organizational and negotiation skills, creativity, and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

JOB PURPOSE

The Director of Marketing and Media Operations is a strategic and execution-focused leader responsible for bringing marketing and media campaigns to life. Sitting independently from the core Marketing and Media strategy teams, this role ensures operational objectivity and resource neutrality, enabling seamless and unbiased execution of cross-channel initiatives.
This leader will oversee campaign execution, marketing technology systems (including HubSpot, website, and mobile app), channel operations, performance tracking, and workflow efficiency. They will lead a team of specialists managing email, newsletters, channel marketing, website, and mobile app experiences — translating vision into action while driving measurable impact.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Campaign and Channel Execution
  • Lead the execution of integrated marketing and media campaigns across digital, email, web, and owned properties.
  • Operationalize campaign strategies developed by the Marketing and Media teams, ensuring consistency, timeliness, and quality.
  • Own campaign timelines, resource coordination, QA, and performance delivery.
  • Marketing Technology and Database Operations
  • Oversee marketing systems including HubSpot, ensuring data integrity, workflow efficiency, and audience segmentation are optimized for performance.
  • Manage end-to-end audience acquisition and nurture processes, from list building and targeting to deployment and tracking.
  • Establish and maintain scalable workflows that support campaign automation, lead routing, and reporting.
  • Media Operations & Execution
  • Support marketing and media buying, trafficking, and placement across paid channels in alignment with media strategy leads.
  • Coordinate creative asset delivery, tracking implementation, and ongoing performance monitoring.
  • Website and Mobile App Operations
  • Manage the operational upkeep and campaign integration for web and mobile platforms.
  • Partner with technical teams to ensure the website and app experience aligns with campaign needs and strategic goals.
  • Performance and Optimization
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators across all channels and campaigns.
  • Develop dashboards and reports to provide visibility into campaign effectiveness and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Collaborate with analytics teams to ensure accurate attribution and data-driven decision-making.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Serve as the executional hub for Marketing and Media departments, ensuring a balanced approach to shared resources.
  • Coordinate with Product, Sales, Creative, and Tech teams to align operational needs with organizational priorities.
  • Lead, coach, and grow a team of marketing and media operations specialists, fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture.
