Description The Director of Marketing will lead marketing strategy and execution across both Legere Pharmaceuticals and GlobalRx, supporting our portfolio of OTC products, nutraceuticals, compounded medications, and prescription distribution channels. This role will build a scalable demand generation engine that drives lead flow, customer engagement, and revenue growth through digital marketing, automation, content development, and performance analytics. The ideal candidate is strategic, hands-on, and data-driven, with experience in regulated healthcare environments and strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills. This role will ensure consistent brand positioning and marketing execution across both organizations while directly supporting commercial growth priorities. Requirements Key Responsibilities: Demand Generation & Digital Marketing Own digital marketing strategy, including SEO, paid/organic growth, and website optimization. Drive lead generation and conversion through a structured funnel approach. HubSpot Automation & Lifecycle Campaigns Manage HubSpot marketing automation, email campaigns, and lead nurturing workflows. Build automated prospect journeys that move accounts through the funnel. Content, Brand, and Customer Marketing Lead creation of marketing content including blogs, case studies, webinars, and sales enablement materials. Oversee social media presence and brand consistency across channels. Analytics, Reporting & Data Insights Develop dashboards and reporting to track campaign performance, ROI, and pipeline contribution. Utilize HubSpot and Google Analytics to inform strategy and optimization. SQL experience is a major plus for advanced reporting and deeper business insights. Compliance & Regulatory Awareness Ensure marketing materials and communications align with FDA-regulated and cGMP driven environments. Sales Partnership & Enablement Partner closely with Sales leadership to support pipeline growth, customer retention, and commercial priorities. Support onboarding and ongoing product education efforts (in collaboration with Commercial leadership). Creative Support & Label Development Provide basic graphics and label/content development support as needed, including light design editing and formatting. Events & Industry Presence Lead planning and execution for trade shows, conferences, and key customer-facing events. Qualifications: 5+ years of marketing leadership experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, wellness, or regulated industries. Proven success driving lead generation and growth through digital marketing and automation. Deep expertise in HubSpot, email marketing, workflows, and funnel strategy. Strong analytical mindset; advanced reporting skills required (SQL a significant advantage). Excellent written, verbal, and in-person communication skills. Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, cross-functional commercial environment. Comfortable owning both strategy and hands-on execution in a growth-oriented organization, with support from external partners as needed.
