  • Experience with creative tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and content production.
Responsibilities

THE ROLE

We are seeking a results-driven and visionary Director of Marketing to lead all marketing efforts across our expanding network of clinics. This senior position combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution. You will be responsible for developing and guiding the company’s marketing strategy, managing all digital and traditional marketing channels, and ensuring consistent, high-impact brand representation.
You will oversee external PPC specialists, SEO consultants, and creative resources, ensuring every initiative is aligned with our business goals and delivers measurable results. You will also provide regular performance reporting and strategic recommendations directly to the executive management team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead Marketing Strategy – Develop, implement, and oversee the company-wide marketing strategy in alignment with growth objectives.
  • Team & Vendor Management – Direct and coordinate with external digital marketing specialists, SEO partners, and creative agencies to ensure execution excellence.
  • Digital Campaign Oversight – Monitor and optimize PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram) for maximum ROI.
  • SEO Leadership – Drive SEO initiatives to improve rankings, increase website traffic, and enhance online patient acquisition.
  • Brand Development – Strengthen brand recognition and ensure consistent messaging across all channels and clinic locations.
  • Creative Direction – Guide the production of marketing materials, videos, graphics, and social media content that resonate with our audience.
  • Data-Driven Insights – Analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
  • Special Marketing Projects – Lead one-off campaigns, community initiatives, and promotional events to boost visibility and engagement.
  • Executive Reporting – Deliver detailed performance reports, strategic updates, and marketing forecasts to the executive management team.
