Description

Are you a marketing visionary with a passion for strategy, creativity, and results? We’re looking for a dynamic Director of Marketing to lead our brand to new heights. As our Director of Marketing, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital and traditional) across various platforms. You will work cross-functionally with internal teams, external agencies/contractors, and stakeholders to ensure effective campaign execution and ROI measurement. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in digital marketing strategies, content creation, trade show management, and have experience managing and reporting on a marketing budget.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 7+ years of marketing experience, with a proven track record in scaling a company from $5M to $25M ARR.
  • Strong expertise in digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, PPC, META Ads, and social media.
  • Experience with trade shows, PR campaigns, and automated outreach strategies.
  • Ability to create compelling marketing content, oversee design execution, and manage brand messaging.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and dashboard reporting to track campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Develop, manage, and optimize marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including:

  • Search (Paid & Organic) – Oversee SEO and Adwords campaigns/strategies to drive lead generation.
  • Content & Social Media Marketing – Create content schedules and and distribute engaging content to build brand awareness and engagement.
  • Public Relations – Manage relationships with trade publications and general media for positive brand coverage.
  • Automated LinkedIn Campaigns – Implement and optimize outreach strategies on LinkedIn.
  • Cold Email Outreach – Design and execute targeted cold email campaigns.
  • Tradeshows & Conferences – Plan, execute, and measure the impact of trade shows and industry events.
  • Other Growth Initiatives – Stay ahead of marketing trends and identify new opportunities for lead generation and brand positioning.
