We are seeking a visionary Director of Marketing to join The Ritz-Carlton, Melbourne on a fixed-term contract to lead our marketing function during a period of parental leave coverage. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping and executing strategic marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility, drive demand, and support the hotel’s commercial objectives. You will lead a talented team across digital, brand, content, and communications, ensuring every campaign reflects the elegance and excellence of The Ritz-Carlton brand. This position requires a balance of strategic oversight and hands-on leadership, fostering strong relationships with internal Marriott stakeholders and key external partners.

Responsibilities
