DIRECTOR OF MARKETING

- Salary: $110,000 - $140,000 plus bonus
- Travel Required: up to 35%

SUMMARY:
- The Director of Marketing position is an important role within our growing company and will serve a critical leadership role in the development, management, and execution of strategies to drive the growth of our organization. Reporting to the CEO, this role will collaborate with a wide variety of key stakeholders across the company to create and execute our annual marketing plan. The role is responsible for coordinating the creation of and delivering effective marketing that engages our target audience and helps increase brand favorability across multiple distribution channels
- Develops and directs marketing objectives, strategies, programs, and policies for all products and services for the organization. Translates the overall marketing vision into integrated business plans, tactics, and deliverables. Oversees critical marketing functions, including market research, communications, and product planning. Utilizes technology and data to Identify changes in the competitive environment and enable responsive marketing activities. Develops budgets, resources, and teams to execute short-term and long-term marketing plans
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field
- At least 7+ years of experience in B2B service industry-related business or marketing
- At least 3+ years of management/leadership experience
- Copywriting and marketing campaign experience
- Organizational leadership, planning, and project management
- Professional interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Competency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Canva, Adobe, Salesforce & HubSpot experience highly preferred
