DIRECTOR OF MARKETING

Reno, NV / Nashville, TN

  • Salary: $110,000 - $140,000 plus bonus
  • Travel Required: up to 35%

SUMMARY:

  • The Director of Marketing position is an important role within our growing company and will serve a critical leadership role in the development, management, and execution of strategies to drive the growth of our organization. Reporting to the CEO, this role will collaborate with a wide variety of key stakeholders across the company to create and execute our annual marketing plan. The role is responsible for coordinating the creation of and delivering effective marketing that engages our target audience and helps increase brand favorability across multiple distribution channels
  • Develops and directs marketing objectives, strategies, programs, and policies for all products and services for the organization. Translates the overall marketing vision into integrated business plans, tactics, and deliverables. Oversees critical marketing functions, including market research, communications, and product planning. Utilizes technology and data to Identify changes in the competitive environment and enable responsive marketing activities. Develops budgets, resources, and teams to execute short-term and long-term marketing plans

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field
  • At least 7+ years of experience in B2B service industry-related business or marketing
  • At least 3+ years of management/leadership experience
  • Copywriting and marketing campaign experience
  • Organizational leadership, planning, and project management
  • Professional interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • Competency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Canva, Adobe, Salesforce & HubSpot experience highly preferred

Responsibilities

To build the company brand and drive growth in new and current customers, the Director of Marketing will be responsible for the following items:

  • Strategy: Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals
  • Marketing Team Leadership & Management: Hire, retain, and develop the necessary marketing team to execute on the strategy
  • Business Development Campaign Management: Develop and execute strategic multi-channel campaigns (digital, print, social media, email, etc.) to attract and retain customers
  • Content Creation: Lead content development content for the website, social media, email campaigns, and other marketing materials
  • Brand Management: Maintain brand consistency across all marketing efforts and enhance brand visibility
  • Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities
  • Digital Marketing: Manage SEO/SEM, social media, and website performance to optimize online presence
  • Industry Partnerships: Identify and manage industry events, partnerships and sponsorships that align with company goals
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, using insights to improve outcomes
  • Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget to ensure cost-effective strategies and maximum ROI
