Tenth Street Creative is seeking a Full-Time Director of Marketing to join our talented team and make a difference! We are seeking a dynamic, creative, results-driven, and strategic applicant who is self-motivated. In this high-visibility role, you will position 10th Street as a competitive advantage for our customers and Refreshment Services Midwest Locations (RSI). This role will help drive revenue and profit for our customers and RSI through our brands.
In this position you will have the responsibility to develop and implement national, regional, and local marketing strategies in alignment with RSI’s company objectives. Through this process you will have the opportunity to build and manage agency relationships, oversee the development of websites, oversee media buys, assist in innovative marketing, and support our customers. The ideal applicant will effectively represent the organization and our brands.
The position is in the Midwest, which could be in the following locations or surrounding area of Springfield or Decatur, IL. You will be traveling to/from the following locations Terre Haute, IN, Burlington, IA, and Quincy, Macomb, or Decatur, IL. This position requires someone who is highly motivated, has excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with a track record of proven marketing strategies and implementations. This position is ideal for an experienced candidate with four or more years of experience in a marketing position.
