POSITION OVERVIEW

The Director of Marketing will be responsible for building and leading the entire marketing function of Rent A Monkey Tree Service. This role is tasked with creating a predictable, scalable, and profitable marketing system that consistently generates qualified leads, improves conversions, and increases client lifetime value.
This is a high-level leadership position that requires both strategic vision and tactical execution. The ideal candidate is analytical, creative, and process-driven, with a track record of managing marketing budgets, optimizing campaigns, and delivering measurable results in lead acquisition and revenue growth.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of proven experience in digital marketing with direct ownership of paid ad budgets and ROI reporting.
• Strong understanding of funnels, landing pages, and conversion optimization.
• Experience creating and managing email and SMS drip campaigns.
• Proficiency with tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, YouTube Ads, CRM/lead tracking systems, and analytics dashboards (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, etc.).
• Ability to integrate video content and VSLs into marketing campaigns.
• Demonstrated success in reducing CAC and improving LTV.
• Experience growing a home service or similar business from ~$5M to $25M+ in revenue, or scaling companies through equivalent growth stages.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate metrics into action.
