Revived MedSpa LLC is a leading medical aesthetics provider committed to enhancing confidence and well-being through expert, results-driven care. As we continue to expand and professionalize our operations, we are seeking a proactive and strategic Director of Marketing to lead our brand positioning, digital presences, and client engagement efforts.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Director of Marketing will be responsible for planning and executing marketing initiatives that drive brand growth, increase client acquisition, and support our mission of rejuvenation and self-care. This role will manage all social media content and engagement in-house and coordinate with our digital agency partner, WebFX, for website development, Google Ads, and SEO strategy. This is a hybrid role, you will be expected to work in office at least 3 days a week either at our Camp Hill or York office, and 2 days remote.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 3–5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital and social media.
  • Demonstrated success in building brand presence and customer engagement across social platforms.
  • Strong collaboration skills and experience working with external marketing agencies or vendors.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and visual content creation skills.
  • Comfort with marketing analytics, reporting tools, and CRM/email platforms
  • Passion for the aesthetics or wellness industry and a client-centric mindset.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Familiarity with medspa services, medical aesthetics, or beauty/wellness industries.
  • Experience with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and other marketing-related tools
  • Understanding of HIPAA compliance related to marketing in the healthcare space.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage an integrated marketing strategy aligned with company growth goals.
  • Own and execute all in-house social media marketing, including content creation, scheduling, engagement, and analytics across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
  • Collaborate directly with WebFX to manage website performance, SEO, Google Ads, and other digital advertising efforts.
  • Maintain a cohesive brand voice across all digital and print touchpoints.
  • Design and deploy email marketing campaigns, promotional offers, and client retention initiatives (e.g., referral programs, loyalty campaigns).
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Manage client communications and promotional calendars in coordination with front office and clinical operations.
  • Support community engagement, event marketing, and influencer partnerships.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, client preferences, and competitor activity to keep strategies fresh and effective.
