OVERVIEW

We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Director of Marketing to spearhead our marketing initiatives across multiple divisions, including property management, construction, commercial, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in digital marketing and a proven track record of developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness and drive business growth. This leadership role requires a creative thinker capable of analyzing market trends and consumer behavior to optimize our marketing efforts.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on property management or related industries preferred.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across diverse sectors.
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of effectively conveying insights and strategies to the CEO and upper management.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of marketing principles, including digital marketing, content creation, and advertising.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and driving collaborative efforts.- A passion for business development and process improvement.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Campaign Management:

  • Develop and implement a compelling and cohesive brand narrative and vision for the company, utilizing existing assets or creating new elements as needed.
  • Formulate a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with growth objectives, including achieving full occupancy in properties, securing new client engagements, and enhancing brand visibility across all divisions.
  • Create targeted marketing plans for each customer-facing division, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
  • Establish lead generation targets for campaigns across all divisions to drive business growth.

Budget Management:

  • Develop and oversee the marketing budget, ensuring strategic allocation of resources to maximize impact and return on investment.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROI, lead generation, and conversion rates to assess campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies.

Market Analysis:

  • Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, competitive landscape, and opportunities, informing the development of a data-driven marketing strategy that enhances market positioning.

Brand Management:

  • Oversee the evolution and maintenance of the brand’s voice and positioning, ensuring all strategies effectively convey our market presence and protect our reputation.

Collaboration:

  • Collaborate closely with other divisions (sales, operations) to ensure a unified message and strategy across the organization.
  • Work in partnership with the Content & Communications Specialist and the Digital Marketing Specialist to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.

Leadership:

  • Provide strategic guidance to the marketing team, managing and mentoring 1-2 direct reports to foster professional growth and effective collaboration.
  • Engage with upper management to communicate performance insights, vision, and direction effectively.
