We’re on the lookout for a visionary Director of Marketing who can lead with strategy, build meaningful partnerships, and drive growth across multiple channels. QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years in a marketing leadership role (agency or multi-brand experience a bonus)
  • Proven ability to build and scale marketing systems
  • Deep knowledge of SEO and performance marketing
  • Strong grasp of email platforms (e.g. FloDesk, Mailchimp, ConvertKit)
  • Proficient with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and CRM tools
  • Experience implementing AI tools and marketing automation systems
  • Strategic thinker who loves data but leads with creativity
Responsibilities

Partnership Development

  • Identify and nurture strategic brand, vendor, and content partnerships
  • Negotiate mutually beneficial collaborations with aligned businesses
  • Leverage partnerships to drive audience growth and cross-promotional efforts

Marketing Strategy & Leadership

  • Own and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with company goals
  • Lead marketing planning across multiple divisions and brands
  • Track KPIs and adjust tactics in real-time to optimize performance

AI Implementation & Automation

  • Research and integrate AI tools to improve marketing workflows
  • Develop automations for customer journeys, content generation, and reporting
  • Collaborate with internal teams to scale personalization through technology

SEO & Data Analytics

  • Oversee all SEO initiatives—on-page, technical, and content
  • Use Google Analytics, Search Console, and other tools to drive traffic and conversions
  • Translate insights into action: content, web optimization, ad strategy

Email Marketing & List Growth

  • Manage email marketing strategy, segmentation, and automation
  • Grow and maintain healthy, high-performing subscriber lists
  • Design campaigns that drive engagement, nurture leads, and increase conversions

Brand Cohesion & Content Oversight

  • Ensure brand consistency across all channels and campaigns
  • Oversee the creative process for social, digital, web, and print
  • Collaborate with internal and external content creators to bring campaigns to life
