Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals Lead, motivate, and manage the marketing team to achieve performance targets Oversee market research and analyze consumer data to identify opportunities for growth Manage the creation and execution of advertising, promotional, and digital marketing campaigns Collaborate with sales, product development, and other departments to ensure cohesive branding and messaging Plan, execute, and attend events for brand awareness within budget Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources Stay current with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging marketing technologies Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred Proven experience (typically 8+ years) in marketing leadership roles Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and analytics tools Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to develop innovative marketing strategies and execute them effectively Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions Experience managing budgets and leading cross-functional teams Must be able to work nights and weekends on occasion 25-50% Travel requirement
