Cottage Dream Vacations is home to a portfolio of lifestyle and travel brands. Our Wellness Division includes Canadian Hot Tubs, Canadian Cold Plunge, and Mini Nordic Spa — proudly Canadian-owned brands specializing in handcrafted cedar hot tubs, cold plunges, and spa experiences.
We’re looking for a Director of Marketing to lead the charge in growing our wellness brands across North America.
The Role
Reporting directly to the CEO of Cottage Dream Vacations, you’ll lead all marketing initiatives for the Wellness Division, supported by the broader Cottage Dream Vacations marketing team.
You’ll own the full funnel — from digital campaigns that drive online sales, to strategies that boost foot traffic at our Kitchener showroom. This is a leadership role with direct impact on revenue, brand growth, and customer engagement.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and execute digital-first marketing strategies (SEO, PPC, social, email, content).
  • Grow brand awareness and sales for Canadian Hot Tubs, Canadian Cold Plunge, and Mini Nordic Spa.
  • Lead influencer and social commerce campaigns.
  • Optimize e-commerce websites to maximize conversions.
  • Plan and execute campaigns across digital, print, events, and showroom promotions.
  • Collaborate with sales to ensure marketing drives measurable revenue.
  • Manage budgets, performance metrics, and ROI.
  • Mentor and lead internal and external marketing partners.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of progressive marketing experience (2+ in leadership).
  • Proven success driving digital growth and e-commerce sales.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics.
  • Experience with influencer and brand partnership campaigns.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Experience in retail, lifestyle, wellness, or luxury products is an asset.
