This leader will drive the performance, development, and engagement of a nationwide team of advisors, ensuring a consistent, efficient, and high-quality client experience. This role blends strategy, people leadership, and execution, with a strong focus on: advisor performance and accountability client segmentation and service delivery scalable operating models and workflows data-driven decision-making Success in this role requires the ability to translate strategy into action, influence across leadership, and continuously improve how we serve a large and growing client segment. What You’ll Do Team Leadership & Development Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing, geographically distributed team of advisors Set clear expectations and hold team members accountable to service standards and performance goals Conduct regular 1:1s, team meetings, and performance reviews (both virtual and in-person) Foster a culture of engagement, continuous improvement, and accountability Strategy & Initiative Leadership Drive the execution and ongoing evolution of the mass affluent (Beacon) strategy, ensuring it is scalable and effective Partner with Advisory Leadership to define and refine service models, workflows, and client experience Identify opportunities to enhance service delivery, growth, and advisor productivity Client Segmentation & Experience Oversee client segmentation and transitions, ensuring clients are aligned to the right service model as needs evolve Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality advice through standardized processes and tools Partner with Regional Directors and advisory leaders to facilitate seamless client and advisor transitions Performance & Analytics Track and analyze key performance indicators (e.g., client retention, net new revenue, advisor productivity, meeting activity) Leverage data to inform decisions around team capacity, segmentation, and financial performance Provide executive-level reporting and insights to senior leadership Ensure strong ROI and effective resource allocation across the initiative Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner closely with: Advisory Leadership Team Regional Directors Senior Managing Partners Operations and support teams Support business development efforts, referral generation, and client acquisition activities Collaborate to streamline processes and enhance the overall client experience QualificationsThis role typically requires the following: Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA) or CFP® preferred Series 65 required 5+ years of leadership experience in wealth management or financial services Demonstrated experience in: client segmentation strategies advisor team leadership and development process optimization and scaling service models Strong financial acumen and experience managing toward performance or P&L outcomes What Success Looks Like A scalable, well-defined mass affluent model that delivers consistent client outcomes A high-performing advisor team with strong engagement, productivity, and accountability Measurable improvements in client retention, growth, and service efficiency Clear alignment between strategy, segmentation, and advisor execution The Perks At Savant, we invest in our people—supporting both their well-being and long-term growth. We take a market-based approach to compensation. The expected base salary range for this role is $190,000-230,000, with final pay determined by experience, skills, and location. This role may also be eligible for additional incentive compensation based on responsibilities and performance.
