POSITION SUMMARY

The Director of Medical Product Procurement & Supply Chain Management is responsible for overseeing all aspects of procurement, inventory control, vendor management, and contract negotiations for medical devices and related products. This role ensures that the organization maintains a reliable, cost-effective, and compliant supply chain to support clinical operations across all sites. The Director will leverage deep industry knowledge of medical devices, proven leadership in supply chain strategy, pricing negotiation and expertise in implementing inventory management systems to drive operational efficiency, cost savings, and high-quality patient care.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum 3-5 years of procurement and supply chain experience in the medical device industry or related healthcare field.
• Proven track record in implementing and managing inventory management systems.
• Strong experience in vendor relationship management and contract negotiations.
• Knowledge of FDA regulations, ISO standards, and medical device compliance requirements preferred.
