Continuous Improvement Track and report synergy realization (revenue and cost) against underwriting assumptions monthly/quarterly. Own post-integration retrospectives (90-day and 12-month). Deliver integration progress reports for board meetings and PE sponsor reviews. Financial Planning & Analysis Support development of budgets, reforecasts, and scenario plans. Develop and maintain integrated financial models (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow). Contribute to design and implementation of purpose-built financial planning & reporting applications. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or other relevant advanced degree strongly preferred. PMP, Lean/Six Sigma, or equivalent. Familiarity with PSA platforms (Deltek, NetSuite, Workday), preferred. 8+ years in M&A integration or post-merger operations, including direct experience with PE-backed platforms executing serial acquisitions.
