SUMMARY:

The Director of the Metals Division is a strategic and hands-on leader responsible for overseeing all aspects of the division’s operations, including production, sales, estimating, and project oversight. This role ensures the successful execution of metalwork projects while driving growth, profitability, and operational excellence. The Director will collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to expand the metals division’s market presence and maintain the highest quality standards.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in architectural metalwork, millwork, or construction-related manufacturing.
• Proven track record in operations management, sales, and estimating.
• Strong understanding of metal fabrication techniques, shop workflow, and project lifecycle.
• Skilled in reading and interpreting architectural and shop drawings.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client relationship skills.
• Proficient in estimating and ERP systems (e.g., Excel, INNERGY, etc.).

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field preferred. Equivalent experience considered.
