We are seeking a highly experienced and driven Director of National Sales to spearhead our business development efforts across the country. The ideal candidate is a visionary sales leader with a proven track record of crafting and executing high-impact sales strategies, driving exponential revenue growth, expanding national client relationships, and developing top-performing sales teams. you’ll also be responsible for identifying prospective clients, driving new business development, forecasting growth opportunities, and partnering with various teams to execute company initiatives and win new business. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership, analytical skills, and the ability to drive market expansion while ensuring client satisfaction and business success.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • 7+ years of experience in business development, sales leadership, or account management within IT staffing, consulting, or professional services.
  • Minimum of 3 years in a leadership role with a focus on team development and revenue generation.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and execute sales strategies that result in consistent revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience in coaching, mentoring, and managing high-performing sales teams.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
  • Highly organized and self-motivated with a passion for driving results and exceeding expectations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics and Zoom Info preferred.
  • Willingness to travel nationwide to meet clients, attend industry events, and support the sales team.
Responsibilities

  • Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to position the company as a leading IT solutions provider.
