Factory, you’ll lead the next chapter of PwC New Zealand’s A.I.-powered transformation journey – shaping how we design, build, and scale digital solutions that help our people and clients work smarter, faster, and safer. Your day-to-day could include: Leading the A.I. Factory strategy and roadmap, setting priorities that align with PwC’s business goals. Partnering with senior leaders and global teams to deliver A.I.-enabled solutions that create measurable impact. Establishing engineering and governance standards to ensure innovation is secure, scalable, and responsible by design. Building and empowering a high-performing A.I. and product team, while growing internal capability across the firm. Driving delivery excellence through strong execution, measurable outcomes, and continuous improvement. You know how to turn the potential of A.I. into real-world outcomes that transform the way people work. We’d love to hear from you if you have: Proven experience leading enterprise-scale A.I. or digital transformation in a complex environment. Deep understanding of A.I. product, platform, and data ecosystems, and how to apply them responsibly. A track record of building and leading high-performing, cross-functional teams in fast-moving environments. Strong stakeholder and change leadership skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels. Experience in strategic portfolio management, ensuring innovation delivers measurable business value.
