EXPERIENCE

5+ years of experience in strategic account and/or network management, healthcare sales, or business development
5+ years leading sales, network, and account management teams
Proven track record of achieving revenue growth targets
Experience in value-based environments

SKILLS

In-depth knowledge of MSO, Home Health, Hospital, and Payer operations, challenges, and market dynamics
Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
Ability to lead and motivate a national team remotely and in person
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement account management strategies to enhance client relationships and drive revenue growth
  2. Support business development activities to maintain annual recurring revenue and acquire net new revenue growth in existing relationships
  3. Analyze market trends and partner needs to identify opportunities for growth and impact
  4. Coordinate cross-functionally to support referring partners
  5. Lead a team of Account Managers and Account Representatives, supporting them in their roles and holding them accountable to their KPIs
  6. Be accountable to revenue growth targets
  7. Support the team in QBRs and other client meetings
  8. Develop process and system improvements
  9. Present strategy, implementation, and results to senior leadership
  10. Stay informed on trends in MSO, ACO, IPA, Home Health, Hospital, etc. operations, regulatory changes, and healthcare industry developments
  11. Other duties as assigned
