POSITION OVERVIEW

The Director of New Business Development will lead initiatives to identify new business opportunities, cultivate relationships, and drive growth in the commercial construction sector. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong sales background and a passion for building long-term partnerships.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in new business development and sales in commercial construction
  • Strong understanding of the construction industry and market dynamics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Success in opening new markets/verticals and successfully opening new business in those markets.
  • Experience with estimating is a plus
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
