We are looking for a Director of Sales to join our firm. The Director of Sales will join 2 current Directors and will be responsible for driving the Sales teams’ operating routines and best practices that deliver optimal results for new premium and policy growth. This role is responsible for coaching and developing a team of 8 – 10 all virtual sales producers and delivering on a new premium target of $10 Million in New Small Commercial premium and 8,500 new policies for 2025.
This position is hybrid and can be located anywhere in the US.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Stable work history and proven track record of success
  • Minimum of 7 years Insurance Sales and Management experience required
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Intermediate PC skills required
  • College Degree preferred but not required
    Physical Demands or Requirements: This role requires sitting at a workstation for extended periods of time, while working in a dedicated office space in your home environment.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:

This is a virtual first company and no travel is required to complete the responsibilities of this assignment.
