About the Role: The Director of Nursing at Cornerstone of Recovery in Knoxville, TN is a pivotal leadership position responsible for overseeing the entire nursing department to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care. This role involves strategic planning, staff management, and the implementation of nursing policies that align with healthcare regulations and organizational goals. The Director of Nursing will collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to promote a culture of continuous improvement, patient safety, and professional development. They will also be accountable for budgeting, resource allocation, and compliance with state and federal healthcare standards. Ultimately, this position aims to enhance patient outcomes and operational efficiency through effective leadership and nursing excellence. Minimum Qualifications: * Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing. * Minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or management role. * Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, patient care standards, and nursing best practices. * Proven ability to lead and manage multidisciplinary teams effectively.
