Charter House is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing to lead nursing services across our Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing communities. This senior leadership role provides oversight of clinical practice, staffing, and operations while ensuring exceptional, resident‑centered care aligned with Charter House and Mayo Clinic values. The Director of Nursing leads nursing operations, drives evidence‑based practice, and partners with interdisciplinary leaders to deliver high‑quality outcomes. Responsibilities include workforce planning, policy and program oversight, budgeting, recruitment and retention, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance. This role works closely with residents, families, and staff, serves on and leads key committees, and ensures compliance with professional nursing standards and the Minnesota Nurse Practice Act.
