Starting Salary: $90,000+, based on qualifications, experience, and licensure level Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 Epworth Villa is seeking an experienced and compassionate Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our Assisted Living nursing team. This role is responsible for nursing operations, staffing, training, compliance, and ensuring high-quality resident care.
